They are easy to prepare with simple ingredients such as olive or canola oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, tomato paste and cilantro. They can accompany main dishes such as Mexican burritos, tacos and feijoda dish of Brazil. Consumption of black beans has a wide range of advantages.

The first and most important ingredient that will be required is one can of black beans, which should be properly rinsed and also drained accordingly. The other ingredient that will be equally important is also a can of kidney beans, and they also should be drained. Additionally, a can of cannellini beans is also mandatory, which should also be equally rinsed and drained. These different types will be very salient, in the process of preparing this highly delicious and colorful meal.

To add flavor to the meal, green bell peppers will also be required, and they will need to be chopped in a proper manner. Red bell peppers may also be incorporated, as they will also help in spicing up the food, giving it a tasty and yummy taste. In addition, one package of corn kernels is also needed, and it should advisably be frozen so that it delivers the required results.

It is also vital to have an onion, as is required for any other meal. Nonetheless, it is advisable to have the red onion. One half cup of olive oil will also be required, as well as a similar quantity of red wine vinegar. Lime juice will also be needed, advisably two tablespoons. One tablespoon of lemon juice is also necessary, as well as a reasonable amount of white sugar and salt.

One clove of crushed garlic, as well as chopped fresh cilantro is also needed. Ground cumin, preferably half a tablespoon, is also needed, alongside black pepper that is grounded. Chili powder as well as hot pepper sauce may also be included.

Add cumin and garlic and cook for about thirty seconds. Put in the beans and chicken broth and let the mixture cook for about five minutes, while stirring from time to time. Mash them, let it cook until thick as you continue stirring, for about twenty minutes. You may add some flavor using lime juice, pepper and salt.
